++ PROPOSED NEXT BITCOIN HALVING EVENT ++

Bitcoin halving reduces the number of new bitcoins created. It happens automatically every 4 years. Less supply makes bitcoin more valuable, line go up. Like when there are fewer vintage toys, they become more special, and people will pay more for them.

Who invented Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto?

Bitcoin was invented by a person or group using the name Satoshi Nakamoto.

Satoshi Nakamoto

The name believed to be the creator or creators of Bitcoin because of the following couple of reasons:

  • Satoshi Nakamoto authored a document called the Bitcoin whitepaper, which was published in 2008. This whitepaper introduced the concept of Bitcoin and described how it could be used as a peer-to-peer electronic cash system. Because of this, it is alleged that Satoshi Nakamoto was involved in developing the first version of the Bitcoin software in 2007. This software formed the foundation for the Bitcoin network and allowed users to send and receive Bitcoin transactions.
  • One of the key challenges in creating a digital currency was the issue of double-spending, where someone could spend the same digital currency multiple times. Satoshi Nakamoto solved this problem by introducing the blockchain system of verification. The blockchain is a decentralized ledger that ensures the integrity and security of Bitcoin transactions. Satoshi Nakamoto chose to remain anonymous and used a pseudonym for their identity. This decision has added to the mystery surrounding their true identity. Despite several attempts to uncover the real identity of Satoshi Nakamoto, it remains unknown.
This unclaimed ownership keeps bitcoin decentralized as it is accepted as open source code for financial and storage capabilities.
